Types of technical audit
Commissioning – ordered by the installation company (in exceptional cases, by the owner or owner
of the electric installation) to start using the new electric installation.
NB! When concluding an agreement with the installation company, please note that the scope of
work includes audit and electrotechnical measurements, since the delivery of a new electric installation to the auditor is the responsibility of the electric installation constructor. (Device Security Act Regulation Majandus- ja taristuminister 06/26/2015 nr 74)
The building owner will not be able to obtain permission to use the building without a technical audit before commissioning.
Scheduled audit is a mandatory audit, which is carried out at different intervals for different types of electric installations.

Unscheduled audit is carried out according to requirement, the scope and regulatory documentation for the audit is set by the client.
